Hello @Lavernia,

Please be advised that you you will need to delete the instant money voucher on your mobile banking app and recreate a new one. The funds will be reversed into your account subsequent to the voucher being deleted. Simply log on to the app and follow these steps:

- Tap "Transact" at the to right corner of the app,

- Tap the last option that appears, titled "Send Instant Money",

- Tap on "Manage Vouchers",

- Select either "Beneficiary Vouchers" (if the voucher was sent to someone else) or "Your Vouchers" (If you sent the voucher to yourself),

- Proceed to delete.

Hi. Please inform me of how I can retrieve a voucher number that I had sent to myself in March. According to the app this voucher is outstanding but I don't remember the pin and I don't have the same phone so I don't have the sms. Please help
