I've been using instant money for withdrawing cash.
Today I sent instant money as usual R5000 tonbe exact. When i went to withdraw from the ATM I took time processing and thought it was counting the notes.
After a while it said request can't be processed please check your slip & NO slip came out. I called the helpline, was told they will investigate & i will get response within 7days. They gave me reference No. & I'm just praying & hoping for the best or else im good as DEAD.
I'm so stressed this was my salary & had to pay a deposit for rental.
