Hi. Can anyone help us. My wife is trying to access her account via a new phone and it's impossible to register. It worked well with the old phone. Std Bk has failed to help. They cannot get the phone number to register. This morning I see see that I have to re-register my phone to log in which will be impossible after trying to sort my wife's phone out. What is wrong with Std Bk IT staff ???
