Hi Boitumelo. I have a similar issue. The receiving bank rejected the payment due to incorrect account nr details. However, the funds are not back in my account yet. Please could you assist URGENTLY as I am currently overseas and need to make to his payment asap. Many thanks!!

It was an online international payment that was done on online Banking.

Hello Keny,

 

Please let me know if this was a transactional purchase or direct debit? The best way to resolve this is to make contact with the international payment affected party to request the reversal of the amount using your beneficiary IBAN number.

 

Please let me know if this was helpful should you manage to make the reversal.
