I recently went to a standard bank branch in Durban Bridge city. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.
I wanted to get my number changed so I'd be able to link my cards and get access to my account. The banker then "assisted" me, told me that I had been sorted and good to go.
Knowing very little about this I then went home tried to link the cards, my number was invalid, it doesn't match the number on my account.

What do I do if I'm unable to go to the branch?
How do I get assisted?
