Invalid acc number

• You can use our self-service platforms such as mobile app/ cellphone banking/ Internet banking.
• You can visit your nearest ATM and use your bank card for your account information.
• You can visit your nearest branch with your ID book.

Can't find my a cc number

Hi there, 

When I attempt to save a new beneficiary who banks with Investec Bank Limited, I am told that the Beneficiary account number is invalid. 

The account number is 11005368xxxxx i.e. 13 digits long. Is there a prefix or suffix for Investec that I should leave off?

Hi every time for the last 4 days when I try to make a once off payment to a person when getting to the stage I enter my OTP after entering it.
I get a message that says invalid benificiary account number.
I need to make some payments and its a bit frustrating.
How do I resolve this?
