I sat down with a consultant and told her i trade forex and wanted to know if the bank offered an account that will let me deposit and withdraw money from my trading account and she assured me that she has just the one for me. Opened an account but am not receiving opt codes when i deposit. Went to the bank and changed numbers and they assured me that my problem is fixed. They lied, i called internet banking number and spoke to them and was even transferred to fraud no one helped. I called again today and was told my cellphone number will receive the opt code and that my email wasnt in their system even though i gave them my email when i opened the account. Instead of not receiving the opt code now my transactions are getting canceled.

 

Your service is pathetic in the branch and over the phone.
