Could i advise that you forward your account details, digital email address registered on the app, as well as your contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "Mobile App" so that our mobile app development team can look into this issue for you.

My mobile app no longer opens up to my bank accounts that I hold. Instead I get a blank screen with the only option to "add" a bank account. And when I try to add my bank account using my cheque card it tells me I already have an account. But I don't know how to access the account anymore. It was so simple before. Why did you change it. How do I access it now and make payments?
