Such a type of request is only performed by our branch team.

 

Our branch team needs to check if you have signing powers on the account before they can assist with linking accounts from different profiles.

 

Please visit your nearest branch with your ID book or card and your son's ID certificate or card.

It sounds more like your accounts are not linked to your new card.

 

Our team needs to link all the accounts that were linked before; please call our team at 0860 123 000, option 3, then 3 for assistance.

Hi,

 

I have a new card and my notice deposit was not linked to my new card or dashboard. My previous card was blocked so simply adding the details will not work.

Hello @Sammmi19,

 

Please be advised that you can add additional accounts and other Standard Bank products at any point on to the Mobile Banking App. Simply follow these steps for this purpose:

 

  • Swipe the screen from left to right, or select the menu icon on the top left,
  • Select 'Add new',
  • Choose the products you would like to link,
  • If you would like to link more of your bank accounts, select 'Bank accounts' and input your card details.

I had to delete my cheque account dashboard so that I could relink my ucount rewards tile. . Now I can’t remember how to add my notice deposit tile to my dashboard. . I don’t want to create a new dashboard I just want to add the tile.
