I’m trying to link my ucount profile under using the std bank app, but keep getting the below message after I've entered Username and Password.
The details you entered do not match the details we have on record. Please enter the correct login details
I’m able to log onto https://ucount.standardbank.co.za/personal/ site with this same Username and Password
Could I kindly advise that you forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "unable to link account on app" for further assistance.
