Good day,
I've recently received my new Standard Bank credit card and after speaking to a consultant who advised that I add a new dashboard on my banking app profile to load the credit card - I have done so but instead of having the credit card actually linked, it is now simply in a separate dashboard and I am unable to make inter-account payments from my current account to the credit card.
Please advise if this is something I can resolve on my end or if I should go to the nearest branch.
