Good day I very rarely get upset with standard bank but when an issue that should have never been an issue starts costing me money I get quite irritated. I went into the branch on the 11th of january to make sure that my apps will be working overseas by changing my otp details from sms to email. It is now the 6th of february in new zealand i spent almost half an hour on the phone with the international banking team just so that i could access my app again after getting everything to work I log on to my app and only my credit card is showing on my dash board when i try to add my cheque card by adding a new dashboard it wants me to enter a otp but the otp is once again being sent to my south african phone number. You're assistance will be greatly appreciated
