Hi. This evening I experienced the same problem. Played 7 boards but only 2 boards appear in the standard bank app but am charged for all 7 boards. No SMS received as yet.

I've played lotto an lotto plus twice including daily lotto twice and received nothing. This is not the first time and costs money and time to find out whats up

Hi, I played Lotto quickpick on the app and did not receive any sort of sms, which is no surprise because it happened before but I found a way around it by using the "view and replay history" option in the lotto section and it gave me my numbers, however I played 3 rounds and only got 2 sets of numbers, I'd really like to know what happened to the 3rd set of numbers
