Instant money voucher SMS messages are received within seconds after the voucher has been successfully created.

 

If you created the voucher, you can check the instant money voucher number under Instant Money Manage.

 

To access it from the app, please follow these steps:

  • Open and sign into the Standard Bank app.
  • Click transact,
  • Select send,
  • Select and manage vouchers.

You can request that the sender provide you with the voucher number by following these steps to access their mobile app.

 

If the voucher is from a betting company, please get in touch with the company and request for the voucher to be resent.

 

Please be advised that you're able to reverse an Instant Money voucher on your mobile banking app if you still know the pin for the particular voucher. Kindly follow the below steps:

 

  • Log onto the app and tap on "Transact",
  • Tap on "Send" and select "Manage vouchers."
  • Select the voucher in question and follow the steps to delete it.

For any instant money issues, kindly contact our instant money team at 0860 466 639.

You have the option of logging into your app to get your previous vouchers. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into your mobile app
  2. Select transact
  3. Select manage vouchers,
  4. Select the relevant voucher, the voucher number will appear.  

If you still cannot access your vouchers, please reach out to our Instant Money team on 0860 466 639, select option 1 for self-service or option 2 to speak to a consultant and they will gladly assist.

I've had the problem. I sent someone an instant money voucher. They tried more than 3 times and the voucher was blocked. I tried the above option of going to see the voucher, but I do not see the voucher. How can I reverse it?
