Hi i am experiencing the same problem at the ATM i cant access money either it gives me a technical error

I received a confirmation sms for a payment on Thursday at 16h31 from another Standard Bank client and the funds are still not reflecting in my account. I called the call centre and after 20min of staying on the line I was told the other party has to call. He did that and the reply was that the money is in a suspense account. This is nonsense as I have received transfers before from the same client
