I've struggelling for the past 3 days with this new Security Setup even the bank .Cannot seem to work.There was no problems before.Im very frustrated

Recently I had to reset my iPhone 6 to factory default and reinstall my banking app.  The app installs but when going through the Security Setup steps for authentication, either through PIN or Fingerprint recognition, the application returns the error message "Invalid Action"

Can anybody please assist.
