Hello @Tan,

 

Can I kindly ask that you forward your Standard Bank ID (email address registered for online banking), ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "app sign in not working" so that we can escalate to our development team for further review.

My mobile app is not opening past setup sign in... It quickly goes to something went wrong try later... And when I try later it says password expired

I dont see any errors for your user in the logs. All the requests I see are successful. Are you still experiencing issues using the app?

We have found a problem on our side that is causing the issue that you are experiencing. We will apply the fix for this issue tomorrow after finalizing the testing on our side. I'll post another update on this thread when you can retest.

For the past 4 days, my iOS mobile app is not opening after the login process. Similarly the online banking will not open on my iPad chrome browser. Until recently I never had problems with any of these
