How can I link my card without going to my branch?

When I try to link it it says "Account Already Linked to a Profile".

 

I am a new Standard Bank Client.

Please can I ask you to contact customer on 0860 123 000 or forward a mail with your email address registered for digital banking, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "linking accounts to app" so that we can look into this matter and assist you further.
