Mobile Banking App - Changing Acc nickname

Good Day,

I hope anyone can help. I have tried multiple times to change some om my accounts' nicknames following the correct steps. It indicates in green nickname has been saved successfully, but it still does not change. Logout and in again does not work and I have the lastest version of the app.

Is this a bug and how soon can this be resolved?
