I recently got a new mobile phone and I am not able to link my Current account/card to the mobile app. The app does not display any of my accounts.
It used to work on my old phone.
I unlinked my old phone and uninstalled the app and tried multiple times to link my new Samsung Android phone to the account/card on the mobile app.
Error I get:
"You have already linked this card number to the app.
Please link another Standard Bank card."
I tried renaming the phone also to just be a plain one word without any numbers or characters, but it did not help.
Can someone please assist me?
