I recently got a new mobile phone and I am not able to link my Current account/card to the mobile app. The app does not display any of my accounts.
It used to work on my old phone.I unlinked my old phone and uninstalled the app and tried multiple times to link my new Samsung Android phone to the account/card on the mobile app.
Error I get:"You have already linked this card number to the app.Please link another Standard Bank card."I tried renaming the phone also to just be a plain one word without any numbers or characters, but it did not help.Can someone please assist me?
