Mobile app won't log in

So we're now going on 2 months and I still can't log in to the app. When I try log in to the online portal it wants me to scan a QR code from the app. This causes the app to crash. I want to settle my vehicle asset finance account, but I can't because everything says to do this through the app...

 

The fact that this problem (which I see is being experienced by many users) has gone on  for so long without being addressed, and that nobody from SBSA has even acknowledged it is very disappointing.

Hi,

 

a couple of days ago when I tried to use the mobile app it prompted me to update it. Since then I have been unable to log in. Everytime I submit the password, the page just reloads. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and tried on other devices. No luck.

 

Any suggestions?
