Hi I need help with the app, I'm using a new banking account, and every time I download the app it takes me to my old information that I registered with that I no longer have access to it. I need help in starting a new mobile app

Hi Nhlanhla15, your digital ID (Email address you used to register the app) will house information you registered with onto the platform .When you change cards, especially one that was used on your digital channels; you need to have your profile moved to your new card. This process is done at the branch when you collect your new card. You may send our team an email on [email protected] to help you with this process. Please include your email address and the new card you are currently using to be promptly assisted.
