I had that problem. Then changed my default browser app to Chrome and I was then able to login.

I too am not able to access my deleted and re-downloaded banking app ver 3.39.2, I can't go beyond the finalization of security verification point.

My mobile app did not want to operate, I deleted it and downloaded it from the playstore. I completed every step, but everytime I want to log in to the banking app it starts at the security verification. It does not go further
