Is it a EFT, or a debit order? Proof of payments are of EFT's only.

The account is debited but the proof of payment doesn't show.

Hi @Andiiey.

 

The card shows that it is linked. On your app, please click more, swich dashboards. Check in all dashboards for the one that has your card linked in. On Internet banking, click "username, or preferred name". It'll show you the dashboard you are currently in and can switch to your preferred one.

My card doesn't want to link on mi banking app....it says this card has already linked to profile banking app (code:1001)
