Hi

I am a standard bank user and I currently cannot access my account using the mobile banking app, even after updating the app it still does not allow me to sign in. I can't even scan the code when trying to access my account on the web. I don't know what the problem is and it's frustrating because I have been a standard bank user for years without any issues until now
