I sent an FNB client money via the mobile banking app on the 20th of March and the client still hasn't received anything. What could the problem be?

Hello @Gugulethu2,

 

Please be advised that this could be due to clearance times pertaining to transfers to other banks. Kindly note that payments to other banks may take two to three business days to reflect on the beneficiary's statement, unless the Immediate Payment option was implemented by you when sending the funds. Due to the funds being sent on the 20th, that counts as the first business day, however the 21st of March isn't considered a business day as it was a public holiday. As such the funds should be cleared between today and tomorrow. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
