Money transfer between my credit card and savings

Hello,
I haven't been able to transfer money from my credit card to my savings account since last month. The screen turns red and says I have reached my monthly limit, so I adjusted my limits, but it still said the same thing. I decided to leave it thinking it was just a technical glitch, and I'll be able to transfer money this month, however this wasn't the case. I was able to transfer money from my savings to my credit card, but I was still unable to send money from credit card to my savings.

I am not sure if it's an issue with my settings, infact I have no clue as to what the cause is at the moment.

May you please advise on what to do and how to approach this matter.
