Is your app still showing zero balances? If yes, please send an email to [email protected] with a subject line "Balance not reflecting" to investigate the matter. Alternatively, you can contact our team on 0860 123 000 option 3 then 4 for immediate assistance.

Hi I have been trying to check my balances on my account. All that is being displayed is R0.00 in all my accounts and I know that, that is impossible. Please do assist me as soon as possible. I can't even tap onto the dashboards, the app won't allow me. Please assist
