My cards are being tracked on the manage cards

Good day

 

I would like to open my cards to travel however I am unable to access the functions in the manage cards section in the standard bank app as it states my cards are still being tracked (i.e. the card still needs to arrive at the branch). I have already recieved my cards and been using them for over a month. My old cheque card is also still active. How do i get my cards to update?
