My mobile app logs in, displays app but freezes.

I've also been having the same problem on my iPhone but other devices are working fine. Try another device.

My iPhone7 updated to the new mobile app. It allows me to log in, shows my balance but then won't let me do anything. It is like it freezes. I close the app and it logs me off. Please help. I'm overseas and need access to my mobile app.
