My360 app not linking to nedbank

I am having issues with the My360 app. It keeps giving me an error when logging inot my nedbank profile to link it.

the error is:

"Attempt to invoke virtual method 'com.sbg.model.wealth.wi.mint.SiterefreshActionEnum com.sbg.wealth.model.products.thirdparty.thirdpartyrefreshresponse.getsiterefreshaction()" on a null object reference

Does anyone know what this means and how can i link my nedbank accounts onto the My360 aoo bt standrad bank?
