Apologies for late response on this.
The MyMo account is currently available to existing customers without online banking profile. All customers with online banking profile will not have an option to open a MyMo account via the Mobile Banking App at the moment but the development team is currently working on this feature and we will update you as soon as it's available.
Please advise if you are an existing Standard Bank customer and whether or not you have an online banking profile (meaning you are able to log into the app or Internet Banking)
