The best way will be to make sure if the beneficiary is listed with us and also to make sure the correct details are linked for the transfer to be executed. Note this feature its also available on your mobile app to simplify your banking on the go.

Trying to transfer money from my credit card to a beneficiary but met with "negative status from credit card system" message. My online payment limit is high enough. What does this mean!
