This feature needs to be active in order for you to manage it on the Internet Banking. Note you can also contact the contact center for activation of your EAP limit as this will require some security confirmation on your site. You can contact us here for your convenient to activate your EAP limit on the go: 086 0123 000.

Hi, I have just created an internet banking profile, linked a beneficiary and now EAP limit needs to be set - visit your nearest branch???   I thought this was supposed to make our lives easier? I work long hours is there an alternative to getting this sorted?
