Hi. My SA phone number (the one registered to the app) got lost with the old phone. I got a new phone and an overseas number, meaning I am unable to call you guys and register the new number to get into my banking. When a family member back home tries to call you say you have to speak to me (which I understand) but I'm unable to do that and when I request for you to call me you say my number (which is an overseas one) doesn't exist. Please advice at your earliest convenience. Thanks so much!
