Everytime I try to log into my internet banking as well as on my banking app it states my OTP is locked. I have visited my nearest branch and they said I would receive my OTP pin after half a hour, but I'm still locked out of my profile. My cellphone number match my banking profile, but its says my otp is locked. Please standard bank solve this issue as soon as possible. I have sent you various of emails but you still havent respnd. I also called, but not even one of your consultants have picked up the phone.
