Hi Iramlal77,

 

The system will not recognise the new number as it isn't registered. You will therefore have to go into the branch to register the new number and link it to your app profile.

The mobile number that was provided when I first opened my account is no longer in use and the mobile app requires me to use an OTP, i have a new number and i cant access my account from the app
