Im so frustrated with standardbank. I need to update my cell number.
Couldn't do it online obviously because their app doesnt allow.
Had to stand in the queue yesterday at Westgate mall for about 1 and half hours. Got attended and when i think the problem is solved, i log on and want to transact, guess what, the OTP is still going to the old cell number.
Im so disappointed, the otp only updated for logging in only and not for transactions.
Wen i try to call standardbank call centre on the number provided, im told that number is no longer in use, so why is it still being put there.
I think im reaching a point to leave this bank.
