Please help! I subscribed to deezer the music app a while ago and they are debiting my credit card on monthly basis. I recently logged off on music app and now whenever I try to log on I cannot and when I ask for password reset I dont receive email for password reset. Tried sending an email to them but am not receiving feedback. So my question is; If I can get a replacement card will they still be able to debit my card? Since the cvv number will change with new card and they have the old cvv number, can the payment still go off my account? What can I do, please advise as I cannot pay for service am not able to use.
