Online Registration Failing

Been trying to Link my Blue Debit to my online profile but all in vain. I get asked to punch in an Email, I only used a phone number in opening up the account, even if i enter my email, it still says wrong details.

 

I can't link my card anywhere at the moment, not on Facebook, not amazon, nothing - this leaves me asking WThen is up with this Standard Bank Card. I'll appreciate some feedback
