I guess the best way to resolve this is visiting nearest branch. I sent email yesterday they haven't replied and the problem is still at stake.

I have the same problem, still no payment reflects on the other bank please assist, payment was made on the 23th of September. Been trying on your call centre with no luck

Hi. How do I reverse the money back to available balance. since it has been on latest balance for days now.

My order is cancelled cause they say they haven't received the payment due to outstanding card authorization.
