I’m trying to use the mobile app option to notify the bank that I’m traveling but I’m unable to find the way to do so. I think it’s because my card still shows that it’s with courier. So how can I let my bank know I’ll be abroad online? Please don’t tell me to call. I’ve jumped through all the hoops before and my card still wouldn’t work abroad. I’ve also done it via the app and even though it gives me a reference number confirming acknowledgement of travel my card still gets blocked every time I go anywhere. And I keep getting told it’s because I didn’t advise them but the reference number proves otherwise. Either the app isn’t communicating the heads up properly or standard bank just decides to block the card anyway. No matter how I try to let them know in advance. Please advise...
