To download proof of payment, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the home screen and select the account from which you made the payment.
  2. Navigate to 'Transactions' from the top menu on the screen.
  3. If necessary, select 'Load More Transactions' to view additional transactions.
  4. Locate the beneficiary payment you made from your list of transactions (identified as: IB payment to).
  5. Open the transaction details screen and select the 'Proof of Payment' menu option.
  6. Choose the 'Send' or 'Download' option.

I need to download a POP for a transaction I made today for 48000 SKD irrigation, I can't download from the app, please assist asap
