Hi. I made a payment from my account to my son's Capitec account on Saturday the 16. It's still not through to the capitec account. Why is that?

Hi i have paid mobicred using the bank app and used their coustomer service email address to send them prove of payment but nothing is showing at their side the transaction was done on the 13th January 2017 how can i get prof of payment and resend it to them.
