Thank you for getting in touch.

 

If you have the account details of the sender then you can add them as a beneficiary on your mobile banking app. However we would advise that you liase with Old Mutual and ask them how they would like the funds to be refunded/reversed back to them before you proceed.

Old Mutual paid money into my account in error. They now need me to pay it back. Can I go ahead and do this via my App?
