Hello @zgroenewald,

 

To resolve this we will have to make sure that beneficiary that you paying to is listed on the list of beneficiaries and that correct details are capture when adding this beneficiary manually. You might consider clearing your browser history for and restarting your device before processing this payment.

 

I would also advise that you share the screen shots of the error with us so that we can attend to this matter. Please mail us here: [email protected] using the subject line "Payment Error/Community query"
