Hi, hope you are well. I have tried paying on ozow with Mr Delivery. I put in my email and password and the OTP gets sent but the message pops up on the Mr D app "something when wrong. Please log onto your online banking there is an action that is required." What could this action be and how do I do it?
Usually you should be required to enter a mobile number to receive an OTP. If this is not happening it is usually an issue on that platform. There is nothing you should need to do in Standard Bank online banking.
