Hi,
For the past few months, I have not been able to purchase prepaid electrcity using the mobile banking app.
The following error message appears: MUNICIPALITY CONNECTION TIMED OUT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.
When I used the FNB banking app to purchase electricity, I did not have this problem.
Please fix your stupid application/system.
