Prepaid Electricity purchase sent to incorrect mob...

Hi
I purchased electricity using the standard bank app and it was sent to my old mobile number; which is no longer in use. It automatically selected thevold number which i only noticed after thevpurchase. How can i retrieve the information or get resent to my new number.

Please be advised that you will need to contact customer care on 0860 123 000 or send us your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "Prepaid Electricity purchase sent to incorrect mobile number" so that we can look into this and assist you further. Please also note that you will need to visit your nearest branch with your ID book in order to update your personal details, i.e. your contact number in this case.
